Confidentiality
El Misti understands the
importance of securing all of the information our customers provide
to us. We want to assure you that none of your confidential
information will be used by any party or entity outside of El
Misti USA LLC, and that EL Misti USA LLC will use your
information only as directed by you for those transactions that
you, our customers, originate with us.
Your information is used only
by those persons in El Misiti who are authorized to verify and
confirm credit and debit card payments. Therefore your information
is totally secure and your purchases are guaranteed under the
guildelines of US regulations governing
E-commerce.
Delivery
Currently all deliveries will
be made through Serpost,the Peruvian Postal System
and Federal Express. All deliveries are accompanied with the
appropriate documentation of exportation. It is possible some
countries required some documentation and additional taxes, in this
case the costumer is responsible for such payments and to provide
necessary documentation to receive the order.
In case that the costumer refuses or ignores the
order, Serpost or Federal Express will return the merchandise
to El Misti and the client will be responsible for the expenses
incurred.
DISCLAIMER:
Because all products are either handmade or
custom made, please allow between 3 to 6 weeks for deliveries.
Please email us with any questions with respect to product
delivery or your order.
Returns
El Misti will accept
the return of any product that is defective or shipped in
error, including the wrong size or color. All returns must be
made within 10 business days after receiving the incorrect
merchandise.
Any item may be exchanged
except for special orders, which are not
returnable.
For all other exchanges, if the
price of the new item is greater than the original item ordered, an
additional charge for the difference will appear on your credit card
statement. If the price of the new item is less than the original
item ordered, your credit card account will be credited for the
difference.
In the
event a customer wants to cancel an order, provided it is
within 72 hours, then a refund will be credited to the costumer's
credit or debit card.

In case you have a claim about
our services, you can write to: customerservices@elmisti.biz and we
will answer within seven (7) working
days.
